Okay everyone, it's time to rally our support. Val over at Purple Valley also has a blog called Grandma's Diary where she shares pages from her grandmothers actual diary from the 1940's. It's being nominated for a blogging award (Best Blog of All Time none the less!), but she needs our help to vote her up, up, up!!! Somewhere along the way I lost that laughter and joy, the smile just below the surface. Recently I've surrounded myself with people who bring that out in me again. Jogging Progress
This is where I'm going to track the length of time and hopefully soon, the distance I can jog at a time. I started in April with walking 5 minutes, jogging 30 seconds and then repeating this four or five times. My goal is to jog 2 miles without stopping.
July 6/07 - Jogged 2 MILES (in 25 minutes)!!!!!!! That was my goal. I need a new goal now.
