- My favorite quote used to be "laughter is the best medicine unless you are really sick, then you should call 911." I lived it fully. Somewhere along the way I lost that laughter and joy, the smile just below the surface. Recently I've surrounded myself with people who bring that out in me again. I have a wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters. I have more friends than life gives me time for and love each one dearly. In the midst of life's chaos I'm trying to better myself, read more, listen more, learn more, love more, laugh and become who God intended me to be. I'm a work in progress.

Jogging Progress
This is where I'm going to track the length of time and hopefully soon, the distance I can jog at a time. I started in April with walking 5 minutes, jogging 30 seconds and then repeating this four or five times. My goal is to jog 2 miles without stopping.
July 6/07 - Jogged 2 MILES (in 25 minutes)!!!!!!! That was my goal. I need a new goal now.

Mel - I'll think about moving it down to Cali!
Val - We're selling because we want to flip a couple of houses and be mortgage free before we're 30. Lofty goals. And if I move it to Cali, I don't know if I have the energy to bring it to Illinois, too, lol : )
Andrea - It was even weirder for us to get home last night and see the sign up. It's actually a very sad feeling. And it was even sadder to get my perfectly spotless house even a tiny bit messy : )
